Satoshi Fumi
During the 1990's, he grew interested in the Detroit, Chicago and New York house movements. He absorbed and digested the different sounds of electronic music throughout that period, helping him to shape,develop and influence his own unique style. Satoshi's production skills have matured enough today, allowing him the freedom to create,and as a DJ, to mix a variety of dance music styles together such as Techno, House, Click and Acid.In the same way he release on many good labels,Yoshitoshi,Urban Torque,Force Tracks,Italic,Bedrock,Handheld,irma,Disco inc,Connect Four,etc…
For Satoshi, the opportunity of his lifetime as a producer arrived in 2002 when DC duo Deep Dish picked up his track "Protlex" and released it on their Yoshitoshi Recordings under the slight name change Satoshi Fume. He is an extremely versatile artist and is always involved in many projects at the same time. as Owl, he blends atmospheric house with tough techno elements and as Deptech, he will unleash his deeper, progressive side.and as Elektron, he blends electro house beats with sensual sequence. Satoshi possesses a rich imagination, and will continue to be a prolific producer across many musical styles and building a strong discography the entire time as a result. 「Deep Tech House」をキーワードに、Owl、Deptech、Elektron等の名義でも活躍する、 日本人テックハウスDJ/プロデューサー。 02年、Deep Dish主宰のレーベルYoshitoshiから、シングル「Protlex」をリリース。一躍ワールド・ワイドなシーンで脚光を浴びる。 その後も、海外のレーベルを中心に様々なテイストの作品を発表し続ける。UKのUrbanTorqueからは、06年「Treasure EP」、07年「P.O.D EP」、09年「Befor Science EP」をリリース。 08年9月には、ギリシャのKlik recordsよりアルバム「Sweet Sensation」をリリースし、収録曲は、10タイトル以上のコンピレーションにピックアップされる。 近年においては、Apt. Internationalから「Sonar/Change EP」「MH1 EP」、Proton Musicより「Java EP」「You Know EP｣ をリリースし、Laurent Garnierをはじめ世界のTOP DJ達にプレイされた。 他にも、リリースしているレーベルは、Plastic City、Mood Music、Force Tracks、IRecords、Night Drive Music等、ハイクオリティーな事で定評のあるレーベルばかりである。日々作り出される作品は、Larent Garnie、Nic Fanciulli、Danny Howels、Funk D' Void等、テクノ～ハウスまで幅広いDJの支持を受けている。 リミックスワークにおいても、ヴォーカル、テックハウス等50タイトル以上をリリースし、多様なジャンルからのオファーが後を絶たない。 DJとしても、国内外ともに活動｡UK、イタリア、ギリシャ、ドバイ、インドネシア、ウクライナ等でのplayも好評を博し､今後も、ヨーロッパを中心にツアーが計画されている。 Guest MixのONAIRも、Proton、Frisky、Dance Radio、Ibiza Grobal Radio等、多数。 自身のレーベルSequent:Recordingsを設立し、良質なハウスミュージックを展開。同時に、Osamu MとのOuterspace Recordsでもリリースを重ねる。09年5月には、共作アルバム"Outerspace"をリリース。第一線のDJ達に支持を得ている事は、言うまでもない。 Proton Radioでは、毎月第4火曜日の"Outerspace"においては、Osamu Mと共にカッティング・エッジなDJ MIXを披露。リスナー数においても、度々TOP10に入る実績を獲得している。

Hideo Kobayashi 溝口 肇(チェリスト） 非常に繊細なハウスミュージック。 普段だったら早送りしてしまうのですが、CDの一発目の音からおぉっ！！とノックアウトされてしまうほど魅力的。 きっとこの1音に凄く気を使っているのだろうな、と同じ音楽家としてうれしくなります。 耳が自然と音、そして音楽を聴きます。聴かされ感なし。 COLORSは更に磨きがかかっていて、音の饒舌さと全体のストーリー性が高まっています。お勧めです。
